1. Booking & Reservation Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team.

  • Guests can request a booking through our website, email, or telephone.

  • Booking requests are free of charge.

  • To secure a reservation, a reservation deposit may be required.

  • Reservation deposits are processed via secure card payment using myPOS .

2. Payment Policy

  • Payments can be made after booking confirmation via myPOS payment link, or in person at check-in.

  • The reservation deposit is applied to the total accommodation cost.

  • All cardholder data is processed securely and not stored on our systems.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date will not incur any charges. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival, or "No-Shows," will result in a charge equal to the first night of the stay.

  • Any refunds for payments made by card will be processed within 7 to 10 business days back to the original card used for the transaction.

4. Check-in & Check-out

5. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and other guests.

  • Any damage caused by guests may result in additional charges.

  • Souvenirs and antiques are sold on-site only and are not shipped internationally.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • All guest information, including cardholder data, is kept confidential and processed in compliance with PCI DSS and GDPR standards.

  • Cardholder information used for MO/TO transactions is not stored after payment completion.

7. Liability

  • Come Oscar Luxury is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended in rooms or common areas.

  • We are not responsible for events beyond our control (force majeure).

Reservations and Pre-Authorization: To guarantee your booking, the establishment reserves the right to perform a pre-authorization on your credit or debit card prior to arrival. This is not an actual charge, but a temporary hold of funds to cover potential cancellation fees or security deposits for stay-related damages.

Privacy and Data Protection: In accordance with the Spanish Organic Law on Data Protection (LOPD/RGPD), all personal data collected is used solely for managing your booking. COME TERUEL SLU does not store full credit card numbers or CVV security codes. All remote payments (MOTO) and digital transactions are processed through myPOS’s secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway to ensure maximum security for our guests.
