  1. On-Site Purchases

  • All souvenirs and decorative antiques are sold on-site at Come Oscar Luxury.

  • Guests may inspect items before purchase.

  1. Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds are accepted only for defective or damaged items, reported within 48 hours of purchase.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method (myPOS / in-person payment).

  1. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made, limited edition, or personalized items are non-refundable.

  • Items damaged by the customer after purchase are non-refundable.
